Tomorrow I will be starting my fitness journey. 6 weeks of workouts, healthy eating and a happier me. I’ll be tracking my daily steps, food intake, water intake, and workouts. Day 1, 20 and 39 I will take my weight and body measurements to keep track of my process. I want to make a better fit me in the end and share my thoughts and process.
